In January of 2009, we became a part of Peak Performance, which is a high caliber athlete development and training program for Sport Taekwondo.  This group of athletes trains very hard and all are committed to excellence in Sport Taekwondo.  Under the direction of Coach Russell Beneby and supported by former Olympian and Peak Performance owner, Juan Moreno, our athletes are well prepared to achieve great things in this sport.  Coach Beneby and Coach Moreno are both members of the U.S. Olympic Team Taekwondo coaching staff.

Please visit our school and watch the team train.  We know that you will be impressed.

Any student at Self Defense America or any other school may join the competition team as long as they show commitment, drive, and a willingness to be the best that they can be.  See Coach Beneby for details and tuition information.
